Refund policy

Refund Eligibility

At LuneVogue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items are eligible for refund within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Final sale items marked "non-refundable" are excluded

How to Initiate a Refund

  1. Log in to your LuneVogue account
  2. Navigate to "My Orders" and select the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Complete the return request form
  4. Wait for approval and return instructions
  5. Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided return label

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please note:

  • Credit card refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
  • Digital wallet refunds are typically processed within 24 hours
  • Gift card purchases will be refunded as store credit

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Products without proof of purchase

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a free return and full refund or replacement at your preference.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase, minus any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
